When you are impacted by a rare condition, fatigue, tiredness and exhaustion can be common experiences. This is true for both people affected by rare conditions and those who support them.

Experiences of fatigue, tiredness or exhaustion may be occasional (perhaps at times of a health crisis, or treatment) and for others more ongoing. Whatever the cause, this section aims to help you cope.
